		<description>It seems by now that everyone would know that a company can retrieve your emails, however, believe it or not, a lot of people don&#039;t know much about what can be stored and think email is protected because of a password.  I do think it&#039;s right that an employer should notify every employee about being able to retrieve email.</description>
